For me, the “how” is very simple, we need to focus and put attention to small details. Smalls details will make the difference and will communicate to the market that we always think in how to make them happy and more interested in our product or service. A good example of focus in small details is iPod. In Apple they think just in how to be: .. Bigger (5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40 and 60 Gigas) .. Smaller (mini iPod) .. More colored (green, grey, white, blue and pink mini iPpod) .. More multimedia (Music & Photo iPod .. More usable (new click wheel) .. More personalize (engraving your iPod) .. And finally MORE SPECIAL… iPod U2 Special Edition With this excellent and big idea of iPod Special Edition, I think they will hit the market for long time.. after U2 I can see clearly Stones Special Edition, REM, 50 cent or Snoopy Dog (cool), etc. I will wait for the Shakey (Neil Young) iPod Special Edition… ::(example two):: Last night I was thinking, that I need to be a little more UNIQUE in my blog.
